Vintage: 2022

Grapes: A blend of Chardonnay and Melon de Bourgogne. The grapes come entirely from the Sœurs Racines vineyard; this is our first "racinaire" (rooted) cuvée.

Vine Age: Chardonnay (2019) and Melon de Bourgogne (2018).

Winemaking: Processed separately, both grape varieties underwent a light carbonic maceration after harvest. After a few days, the grapes were destemmed by hand, and skin maceration began. This lasted 8 days for the Chardonnay and 4 days for the Melon de Bourgogne. No added sulfur. Aged in 500L demi-muids.
