RESERVATIONS

The website allows bottles to be reserved before their official release. All reservations must be paid 100%, including all applicable taxes, at the time the reservation is placed on the website. You must also choose, at the time of placing the reservation, how you will take possession of the reserved bottles.

All reserved bottles must be picked up no later than 30 days after the official release of the vintage. If you have not taken possession of your reservation after this time and unless there are particular circumstances, we will proceed with the cancellation and refund of your order. A 10% fee will be charged as a penalty.

TAKING POSSESSION OF BOTTLES

Collecting your order on delivery days at the drop-off points for the Vineyard, Quebec City, and Montreal is free of charge.

INTEGRITY OF DELIVERED PRODUCTS

Our wines are living products that evolve over time. Although they are bottled under adequate conditions to ensure their integrity for several years, they remain fragile and must under no circumstances be exposed to extreme temperatures or inadequate storage conditions. Les Soeurs Racines vineyard cannot be held responsible for the storage conditions of the product once delivered and disclaims all responsibility for the integrity of the products after delivery.

CLAIMS AND REPLACEMENT

If you receive damaged bottles, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Les Soeurs Racines vineyard may, at its discretion, replace the damaged bottles at its expense or refund you the purchase price of these bottles.

If one of the bottles in your order is corked, it can be exchanged, if the product is still available, or refunded if the wine is out of stock. To do this, the bottle must be returned to the vineyard at least 3/4 full.

Please note that the presence of tartrate crystals at the bottom of a bottle is normal and does not constitute a defect. Similarly, deposits may form in a bottle stored for a long period. In either of these cases, we simply invite you to gently decant the bottle to appreciate the product at its true value.
