An ECSTASY of flowers, it takes us back to a blossoming garden at the start of a warm summer; it smells of happiness and will leave no one indifferent. A hyper-aromatic macerated white propelled by Gewurztraminer, with a rich palate provided by Chardonnay. These two are made to experience many things together!
Vintage: 2025
Grapes: 50% Gewurztraminer, 50% Chardonnay
Plantation: Chardonnay (2019) Gewurztraminer (2019).
Winemaking: 10-day skin maceration for Gewurztraminer, 4-day skin maceration for Chardonnay.
No added sulfites.
Aging: 7 months in demi-muid barrels and neutral 225 L oak barrels.
