Grapes: Frontenac Gris

Plantation: 2019.

Winemaking: PÉTILLANT NATUREL. 7-day carbonic maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and bottling with residual sugar on a rainy harvest day. During bottling, a few grams of sugar remain in the wines, which creates the bubbles. The wines were disgorged in April 2025.

No added sulfites.

Aging: 6 months on lees before disgorgement.
