An ECSTASY of flowers, it takes us back to a blooming garden at the beginning of a warm summer, it smells of happiness and will leave no one indifferent. A hyper-aromatic macerated white propelled by Gewürztraminer, with a full-bodied palate brought by Chardonnay. These two are made to experience many things together!

Vintage: 2024

Grapes: 50% Gewürztraminer, 50% Chardonnay

Planting: Chardonnay (2019), Gewürztraminer (2019).

Winemaking: 10-day skin maceration for Gewürztraminer, 4-day skin maceration for Chardonnay.

No added sulfites.

Aging: 7 months in demi-muid and neutral 225 L oak barrels.
