Grapes: 100% Melon de Bourgogne.

Planting: Melon de Bourgogne (2018).

Winemaking: Direct press, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging in demi-muid.

No added sulfites.

Aging: 7 months in 500L demi-muid.
