2023 MELONS

Finally, the Melon we've been dreaming of since we planted it. Crisp, bright, and refreshing, we are very proud of it!

Vintage: 2023

Grapes: 100% Melon de Bourgogne. The grapes come entirely from the Sœurs Racines vineyard.

Planting: Melon de Bourgogne (2018).

Winemaking: Direct press, barreling and fermentation on lees in 500L demi-muid.

No added sulfites.

Aging: 7 months in 500L demi-muid.
