2023 BATH TIME

A festive rosé that makes us thirsty, for all those times a glass of wine is more than necessary during the fateful bath hour.

Vintage: 2023

Grapes: Blend of Frontenac Gris, Pinot Noir, and Gewurztraminer. The grapes come entirely from the Sœurs Racines vineyard.

Planting: Frontenac Gris (2019), Pinot Noir (2021), Gewurztraminer (2019).

Winemaking: 7-day carbonic maceration for Frontenac Gris before pressing, addition of Gewurztraminer skins for 7 days.

10-day carbonic maceration for Pinot Noir, hand destemming and 4-day skin maceration before pressing.

Hand destemming and 10-day skin maceration before pressing for Gewurztraminer.

No added sulfites.

Aging: 7 months in 500L demi-muid barrels.
