Vintage: 2024

Grapes: Savagnin and Optima (Hayfield Farm), Frontenac Gris (Sœurs Racines), Adalmiina, Itasca, Roland, Louise Swenson (variation of Hayfield Farm hybrids).

Planting: 2019.

Winemaking: long 14-day carbonic maceration on hybrids.

Direct press on vinifera.

No added sulfites.

Aging: 7 months in 500L demi-muid.
