Vintage: 2023

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay blend (Hayfield Farm)

Planting: Chardonnay (2019).

Winemaking: Chardonnay blend, some direct press, up to 10 days skin maceration (hand destemmed).

No added sulfites.

Aging: 7 months in 500L demi-muid barrels.
