2023 CRUISE - PIQUETTE

This year, our piquette is made from the skins of Melon de Bourgogne, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, and Frontenac Gris grapes. We added juice from wild apple trees on the estate and apples from our friend at Cidres Choinière, as well as juice from beautiful pink plums and pears from our friends at Hayfield Farm. It's a very refreshing drink, relatively high in alcohol (for a piquette), and best enjoyed cold after a long day of hard work in the sun, in a park, or by the pool (whatever you prefer).

Our piquette is vinous and textured, with a lovely tannin from the plums and a beautiful sweetness brought by the pear and apple. It has a rosé color that just makes you want to drink it! Reflecting the aquatic theme of our 2023 agricultural season, it reminds us of the state of mind we were in, always a little wet, but still happy!
