2023 CHARDO DISCO

The Disco duo in the Chardonnay and early October sunshine offer a beautiful breadth, in addition to making us want to dance.

Vintage: 2023

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay. The grapes come entirely from the Sœurs Racines vineyard.

Planting: Chardonnay (2019).

Vinification: Dancing Chardonnay harvest to the rhythm of Disco, the bunches underwent carbonic maceration for 48 hours, manual destemming and skin maceration for 7 days before pressing. Fermentation on lees in 500L demi-muid barrels.

No added sulfites.

Aging: 7 months in 500L demi-muid barrels.
